Coronal Polish Certification Course

This focused Coronal Polishing Certification course provides dental assistants with the practical skills necessary to perform coronal polishing procedures safely and effectively. The course consists of online course materials and 8 hours of in-person clinical training, emphasizing hands-on instruction in polishing techniques, stain removal, patient assessment, and proper use of equipment and materials.

Participants will practice under the guidance of experienced dental professionals to ensure competence and confidence in performing this expanded duty.

Upon successful demonstration of clinical competency, participants will receive a Coronal Polishing Certification, recognizing their ability to perform coronal polishing procedures within the scope of practice and in compliance with state guidelines.
